Winter citrus season is always a bright spot in the otherwise dreary months of January and February. There is something about the zest, the tang, the zing, that wakes you from that murky fatigue of shorter days and puts a little pep in my step.

This is our favorite salad… of all time? Weeknight. Dinner Party. Meeting the in-laws. This bad boy does not disappoint. Sophie’s mom affectionately calls this “the duplex salad” and we hope you enjoy making it and eating it as much as she does.
